I'm surprised this wasn't requested already.

It would be an easy integration with something like Kudosity. We have used BurstSMS for years (which is part of Kudosity). Good price, works well, easy to integrate.

Having it all run through Gorelo would save a lot of time.

    Twilio seems to be the most popular. That is what I am using.

    yes agreed, this is part if synchro and works b=very well

    Agreed. Twilio and Bandwidth are good options with API’s. Being able to communicate with customers via SMS these days is critical.

    I think it would be great to either run through a existing SMS system as suggested above or preferably be compatible with any API based service for sending/receiving.
