Sort option on service list

and probably applications as well.

use case: sometime you’ll have over 100 services and you want to quickly get to something which starts with…. w (it doesn’t really matter)

currently you need to set the dropdown to 100, and scroll through pages.

make the list be sortable either ascending or descending, so you can just quickly hit the Descend, and it’ll rejig the list showing services which start with Z first.
