✨ Notifications - Granular control for desktop/mobile notiifcations

Feature Request
Implement more granular controls for desktop/mobile notifications -- including alerts. This would allow users to ONLY receive critical notifications/alerts out of business hours etc.

    Notifications or reminders for tickets that are due ir scheduled would be so so helpful. At the moment im forgetting to due tickets customers have asked for at a later time.

      If you schedule the ticket on the calendar in Gorelo, will we notify you 15 mins prior

    Some options for managing group notifications would be great. Temporarily mute all or specific groups while on leave, unsubscribe from group notifications on mobile etc.

    As well as this, we would like most techs not receive any alerts outside of their work hours without having to log out and in.
