Further to this…if Splashtop (or alt product) could be access by the Client via the Client Portal. I.e. A secure method of remote access for the client, to their own PC.
I know the likes of Ninja have such a thing. Would be a nice addition.
I am told this can be done manually. It’s not full integration and you will need to go into the asset information screen to see a custom button. I’m just waiting for the know-how to do it.
