Pax8 - Sync catalog to products & bundles
Pax8 becomes the source of truth for the products you resell, so your products and bundles in Gorelo never fall out of step with what you’re paying.
Automatic product creation -- Pax8 subscriptions come into Gorelo as products automatically, with their costs and prices filled in and kept up to date.
Map to existing products and bundles -- if you’ve already built your own products or bundles, link them to the matching Pax8 items. Their costs and prices then stay current without you touching them.
Hands-off by default -- syncing runs in the background, so a Pax8 price change flows through to your billing without anyone needing to notice it first.
The goal is to stop margin leaking from out-of-date costs, and to stop maintaining a Pax8 price list by hand.

For now, I was able to create a product list by exporting my subscripts.csv, and then running the following AI prompt against it:
Create a new CSV by converting the subscripts.csv into a list of unique products.
Create a Price column which is should be the recurring divided by the quantity.
Create a Cost column by using the margin, recurring, and quantity. You can verify your results by checking non-unique rows of the same product. The calculated price and cost should be the same.
The Product name needs to be unique. For products with a billing term and/or commitment term, we can append the term. For example, {product name} - {billing term} - {commitment term} or {product name} - {billing term} or {product name} - {commitment term}. If the billing term and commitment term are the same, don't duplicate the append.
Unfortunately, the subscriptions.csv does miss some metadata from some items, but it’s a strong start.

Something has to be modified with the Gorelo products so they can accommodate different payment terms. Pax8 uses the same SKU’s for each of their Microsoft licenses even though they offer multiple commitments/payment terms.

AFAIK we can't sync bundles to PAX at all, this is critical IMO
