Ability to add tag to tickets from main ticket list. This would allow filtering to occur and trigger internal process list “need to be completed today” or “Waiting on user feedback”.
To expand on this… a feature where you don’t have to go into tickets to tag things as your daily Focus tasks. From my perspective a basic version does not have to have multiple possible statuses associated with it per orginal post. If there was another toggle button on the summary screen that lets me look through various views, and irrespective of who it is assigned to, I can add it to my Focus list. This would require another View filter option to be able to filter these ones into a view. By being able to toggle these on and off quickly at the ticket summary level and get my effective daily todo list up would be a massive quality of life change… and it means I don’t maintain this todo list elsewhere. The focus markers would be persistent until turned off, not have some automatic reset like MS ToDo has. The concept could expand, but even just this basic implementation would be lovely.
