Text Messaging Clients

Right now we have email to easily create and comunicate with clients. This is great, other than I’m having more and more clients want to just text me. Can we somehow integrate txt messages into the tickets? Right now I have to copy/paste the conversations into the tickets, not a big issue, but if we could have it as an option like email, that would be really slick! Then when clients text us it would create a ticket and add to the ticket communications automatically.
