Ticket Email Template Enhancements

This is really two enhancement requests in one, but I would like to see the following:

• More Email Ticket Templates - currently, there are only 2 available templates for editing. I would like to see more like the correspondence emails that include the thread. I have clients that are in the health industry and I have taught them to be cautious of spam and phishing emails due to the sensitive nature of their business and to be quite frank, the correspondence email is phishy looking because it does not have any header or footer and just has the comments with everything else stripped out of the email.

• More Variables for Templates - there are very few listed variables available in the template editor currently. I would like to see way more variables like ticket.CreateDate, ticket.UpdateDate, and possibly the ticket.Comments (collection).
