Ticket Shortcut - Reorder Actions

After creating a ticket shortcut with a wait block, I decided I wanted to add an action before the wait block.

It seems that currently I would have to delete and recreate the wait block to have an action take place before waiting.

It would be valuable if there was a way to change the order of the actions.
