Ticket Sorting

Feature Request

It would be nice to sort all tickets by Client. You can sort by status, and created date, but not by client. This would allow an easy way to see all tickets by client without having to type each client name.

    This would make life so much easier when looking for spoecific tickets. It can be quite difficult too find tickets without this.

    To be clear, you mean to sort within the view itself, correct? Like below:

    If you were looking to sort by a single client, you could use Client Focus in case you’re not aware of that.

    It would be nice if there were columns/headings in the ticket list so you had more sort options without having to jump into a view each time.
