It would be very helpful if as an admin in Gorelo I could push the same “default” view layout for everyone to start from. What is hidden what is shown and what order the views are in. As well as choosing the default view for people. Then give the option to admins to allow techs to customize their views or not.
I would love to be able to force everyone to have the All Tickets view at the top of their list regardless of if it is set to their default. Then the Mine ticket’s view. Then Support then Sales then Billing then Unassigned and then Recently updated.
I know that is very specific to my choice, but it would be nice for customers to have that ability if wanted.
