Time entries in Ticket Shortcuts

Feature Request

Exposing Time Entries as an option in ticket shortcuts would allow users to create 'canned' time entries E.g 30 mins for a meeting, 5 mins for a follow up email etc.

    Certainly run into this a lot and would be a great small time saver!
