Time entry and status change when posting public comment

Dear support,

It would save a lot of time if when posting a public comment, there was also a field to add minutes as well as a drop down to set the status, in the one transaction, rather than separate transactions. RequestTracker6 has this function and it is very fast and good to operate.

    This would be an awesome feature.

    Here is a screen shot of this in Halo.

    I’ve also noticed when a ticket is replied to, it would be great to have the status update to “ticket updated” or similar.

      Would be awesome to have the status field available on notes and time entries.

      So many times, I will open enter time and close a ticket all at once.

      The ability to set the status and add a time entry on ticket creation would save a lot of clicks.
