Iām using Quire, but having this built-in would be great. Tickets could belong to a project. Show them all on a Kanban board and we can quickly see priorities.

This would be fantastic - currently we are using GoodDay, but the reporting of hours worked on tickets/cards does not work correctly, and there is no automation for sending a weekly email to me with hours worked, or even to invoice a client etc (which Gorelo already does). We do more than IT work (Marketing & Web), so this additional feature would make it easier for us to migrate over completely.

Forms should be also integrated nicely into this. IE: When a user fills out forms have it already map to a project tasks\flows.

A project status dashboard for certain customer accounts to see in the portal would be great. So the customer feels they are kept up to date, especially in Co-Managed IT situations
