This would be easy to trigger from Android phones as well - just a Tasker / MacroDroid automation to fire when a call is taken or ended.
I currently have an automation shows a popup on my work phone at end of call asking if I want to bill the call duration time, as well as adds the call to my Outlook calendar as well so I can look back and easily see what I was doing at X date / time.
To democratise this and make it platform agnostic, an idea could be to expose an API endpoint that could be triggered by Webhook / automation to submit the call information?
And while I think about it, why limit it to call info - any Webhook/automation being able to add time to a ticket/client would be nice.
Effortless time tracking? Don't threaten me with a good time...

The option to integrate with Zapier would allow me to integrate my RingCentral account and log phone calls and open tickets when inbound from specific numbers.
