User Detection / Last User

I'm finding lots of "Users" fields are being set from the user directory (I think). Ideally this would be set to the AzureAD \ EntraID UPN?

This can be pretty unhelpful, especially if we have changed the name of the user, or if it's something like "DEVICE\defaultuser1000000".
