Alerts are now available as an Automation trigger. Filter by business hours, severity, source etc. and then auto-run actions like creating a ticket or calling a webhook.

Webhooks can now be called via automation rules! Raw JSON is currently available, and we’ll soon be releasing Teams and Slack templates to make things easier
I’ve changed the scope of this request to focus on a new trigger for Alerts which will cover your use case :)
