Windows System Notifications for Windows Web App Users

Using the webapp there is a reliance on manually checking tickets for updates and Gorelo for new tickets.
An option for notifications to come through to the Windows notifications area would be good. Just as outlook notifies of a new email, Gorelo could notify of a new ticket or an assigned ticket response.
