Windows System Notifications for Windows Web App Users

Feature Request

Using the webapp there is a reliance on manually checking tickets for updates and Gorelo for new tickets.
An option for notifications to come through to the Windows notifications area would be good. Just as outlook notifies of a new email, Gorelo could notify of a new ticket or an assigned ticket response.

    I see this is in somewhat of a limited release, works well to notify. but the second day it will not clear the notifications on the dock icon.

    Definitely needed. Sometimes, if we are busy with other things, we miss urgent ticket requests. Having a Windows notification would be brilliant. I have mine set to show for 5 minutes. Easy to dismiss, but stays in your face for a good while.
