Would love the ability to Edit & Delete Private comments on a Ticket, instead of just hiding them and starting over.
So many times we've gone to type out a comment and hit enter, forgetting to expand the entry field to allow more text. Or, we've written and 'email' but forgotten to ensure it's on the Public tab to reply.
In these instances, it would be great to Edit and/or Delete the Private comments. **Only the Private ones of course.
Where comments are edited/deleted, an audit entry should be added to indicate which user did what.
