Right now when connecting with Gorelo Connect, it just connects. No notifications on the end-user, no pop-ups, nothing. Currently we have Pulseway setup to require the end-user accept our connection and on time-out connect anyways. Once connected a chat window opens in the bottom-right to show we’re there and to chat.
Something similar with Gorelo would be extremely beneficial to us for our more sensitive clients.
