At the moment you can create custom ticket statuses, but these apply to all ticket types. It would be nice to create different statuses and link to a ticket type, so that each ticket type can have itβs own statuses and flow.
Weβre setting up our system so that we have everything in Gorelo as a ticket, so sales, projects, support tickets, internal tasks.
E.g
Sales: Lead, discovery, send proposal, proposal sent, negotiation, won, lost
Projects: Discovery, build, testing, launch
Tickets: New, open, with client, on hold, solved, complete
That way when you click the dropdown to set the status, you would only see the status for that ticket type, and not all the statuses.
