Network Scan
This is a feature I'm used to off of our previous platform. I'd love to see this implemented in Gorelo. Seeing devices in a network that aren't enrolled into gorelo yet would be amazing.
Registry Editor
Being able to change registry items to repair windows without interrupting the end user.
Sync from Pax8 catalog to products/bundles
Pair Pax8 catalog items with products/bundles to keep the price and/or cost automatically synced.
✨ Assets - Wake-on-LAN
Implement Wake-on-LAN that will automictically choose an existing device that's online to send the packet from.
Dashboard for CPU, Memory, Storage, and Video Card analytics. 30 day 60 day.
Somewhere where we can see the historical data of these things on a machine.
🦄 Integrations - Payments
Embed payment links on invoices, set up automatic payments on contracts, and let end-users manage bank/CC details from the portal. QBO and Xero support.
🦄 Assets - Upload MSI/EXE and create an app install package
Upload an MSI/EXE to create an app install package that can be distributed via policies.
Integrations - Hudu
Cross visibility of Hudu to Gorelo and back for Documentation OR even a importing from Hudu into Gorelo would be helpful.

🦄 Integrations - SentinelOne
S1 integration to map clients, install agents and monitor them.
Planned
8Committed and queued
🦄 Integrations - Ubiquiti (unifi.ui.com)
Map clients in Gorelo to sites in UniFi Site Manager. Automatically create custom assets from UniFi devices etc.
Notification if Gorelo is uninstalled
It would be nice to get a ticket or notification if Gorelo is uninstalled on device.
Linux Agent
Basic key functionality SSH access Remote terminal Hostname Public & Private IP Disk info
Asset Performance Graphs
Similar to Task Manager, a Live Performance graph of CPU, RAM, Network & Disk Queues would be great on the Asset. E.g. Attached screenshot...
🦄 Assets - Broadcast message
The ability to broadcast a toast notification to multiple devices
🦄 Tickets - Insights via AI
Surface related information via AI -- tickets and documentation.
Sherweb Integration
Integration with Sherweb to sync of license counts
Set permissions for forms on the portal
Would be great to set permissions on who can see forms shown in the portal. Not everyone in the client’s company needs to see Onboarding or Offboarding forms for example.

🦄 Proposals (Quotes)!
Create and send professional, branded proposals to clients. Supports optional items, digital acceptance with signature, and seamless conversion into tickets, invoices, or contracts.
Ad-Hoc Gorelo Connect
Would it be possible to use Gorelo Connect on an ad-hoc basis with devices that don’t have the Gorelo agent installed? We often need to help clients troubleshoot devices that aren’t managed by us. Screenconnect creates a URL or code which we can send to the user and have them connect, and then removes itself after the session is terminated.
Community - Forms, Checklists, Docs, Structured Docs, Scripts
Allow other Gorelo users to share templates for each. Also, good to see what others are doing and how they are using it.
Allow clients Gorelo Connect access to specific devices
One of the things that is stopping us from moving all devices from Ninja to Gorelo is Ninja’s ability to allow us to provide clients with remote access to specified devices via Ninja remote (at no per user charge). We have a number of clients that we have set this up for. It means that we do not need to configure VPN access for clients. With data now in Sharepoint, remote access is a great solution with easy management. Are we able to get a similar setup in place with Gorelo Connect?? I would be willing to entertain a small, well miniscule!, per user monthly charge if that is what is needed to get it across the line.
Temporary Access for Gorelo Connect
Allow temporary access to Gorelo Connect (Remote Control) for guests, vendors etc. Similar to a Host Pass for Screenconnect

🎨 Gorelo Redesign (with Light Mode)
We've been adding a ton of features, and now we are redesigning the entire Gorelo platform to tie them all together. This massive update applies our new design language globally to eliminate inconsistencies, improve UX, and deliver a unified, high-density environment — with Light Mode finally built in as a first-class citizen!
Contracts - Service Level Agreements
Need the ability to configure service level agreements on a per contract basis according to ticket/issue priority. Additional logic could be built against this to notify if an SLA breach is near and reporting/dashboard widgets to keep an eye on service delivery.
🖥️ Gorelo Connect v2
Remote access is one of the most important tools in your day, so we're building our own -- from the ground up. A next-gen engine that runs straight from the browser (no installs), with a hardware-accelerated pipeline for fast, crisp sessions, region-based routing to keep client data where it belongs, and remote tied directly into your tickets and devices the way only a native tool can. Owning the whole stack also unlocks the things you've been asking for: client (end-user) remote access, secure temporary access for third parties, and a seamless Quick Connect experience. (For transparency, the current remote tool got you connected while we built the platform. Now it's time for it to be truly ours.)
🤖 MCP Server
AI assistants are quickly becoming part of every technician's toolkit, so we're giving them a secure, first-class way into Gorelo. The Gorelo MCP server connects Claude and other MCP-compatible AI tools straight to your Gorelo data. Ask about tickets, clients, contacts, projects and billing in plain English: "What's open for Ashvane this week?", "Summarise this ticket's history", "How much time did we log against this contract?" You'll get answers from your live data, not a stale export. Unlike an API key, the MCP server is tied to you. Technicians sign in with their own Gorelo account, and their AI assistant only sees what they can see: the same role, permissions, groups and clients they have in Gorelo. We're starting with read-only tools. Write actions come next: creating tickets, logging time and updating records, all from wherever you work with AI.
